Hello. I am having issues with the guided and unguided workout features. I am using an Apple Watch Series 7 with up-to-date iOS
When I use the guided workout, it seems to track my laps correctly but goes through the workout completely separately. For example: knowing I’ve only swum 500 yards but saying I’ve completed the 1000 yards workout. Not sure if this is something I’m doing wrong or a bug.
But when I try unguided it only ever shows me the warm-up and I cannot figure out how to see the whole workout.
I’ve checked the FAQ and searched for tutorials but the few that are out there are very basic, very old, or both.
Any help would be appreciated.
