    Hi Linh!

    I'm sorry to issue occurred. Can you please try the following steps to rectify it?

    1. Uninstall then reinstall the Swim.com App on the watch from the Google Play store.
    2. Log in to our app on the Galaxy Watch 4 first, then log into the mobile app.
    3. Finally, on the watch: tap the Swim.com App > tap the Sign in or Join button.


    This should then auto-login to your account. Please let us know if the above steps resolve this issue.
