Garmin sync stopped working
Hi *,
I was able to sync my first Gamin swim to the swim.com app. But then it stopped and I can not see any update. On the Garmin Connect app and web everything seems to be fine.
I've tried to disconnect/connect Garmin in the app, but still no news. Any idea?

I'm in the same 'boat'. I just joined Swim.com, and am increasingly frustrated with this poorly designed and SLOW application. I have had to constantly reset passwords. I've allowed permissions between Swim.com, my Strava, Garmin and USMS applications, and there has been NO sync. I can't even FORCE one. I am frustrated to see that the Swim.com administrators don't seem to be proactively addressing these synching questions and issues.

For the past month (December 2021) its been hit or miss syncing with Garmin and USMS. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but no luck. Sometimes it works, but today it wouldn't download the Garmin swim data to Swim.com. And if swim.com doesn't see it, then there is nothing to send to USMS.

I connected swim.com app to Garmin Connect. I see the connection is active both in swim.com app than on Garmin Connect website, but nothing happens, no sync.
Is there anything I can do? Any troubleshooting?
