Laps consistently undercounted - any solution on the horizon?
I've been trying to make the swim.com app work for me for about a month. As far as I know, it is the only app that has a workaround for kickboard laps, so I really want to make it work. BUT, everyday, it undercounts my laps by up to 50%. It never is accurate, but it varies between undercounting by 20 to 50%. I've had a couple sporadic robot replies from Support at Swim.com, but they just say the development team has an open case for this. I want to cut my losses and return the watch if there isn't going to be a resolution in the near future. Does anyone have any info on this? Is anyone else having this issue? I have a series 6 apple watch.

I have Galaxy Watch 4 and nor swim.com or any other app recognises a kick lap. Other laps it counts well. All my swimmer friends have this problem with different watches unless the ones that have Garmin Swim 2.
