"Diagnostic to support" doesn't support other email apps other than Apple mail

There's an option "send diagnostic to support" in the smartphone app, but when I click on it, it doesn't work because I have deleted apple mail app from my phone and use another one (Gmail app in my case). It would be great if this button didn't work just with apple mail but with any email app on a smartphone.

  Hello Piet,

  We are only able to support "send diagnostic to support" through the default Email app from Apple. You could consider reinstalling the mail application.
