WearOS: Allow setting toggle for touch lock/AoD

So right now, on WearOS3, when you start a new swim, it automatically sets the watch into touch lock, and relies purely on AoD or Tilt to Wake. TtW is unreliable under water and when you're swimming, and I just want to keep the screen on all the time, even if my watch has AoD off. Is there a way for the app to force AoD on, just for the swim?

  Current, the always-on-screen setting cannot be enabled or disabled directly from an app. You should activate the Always on Display in order to ensure that the sensor can function normally when you are swimming.
