Swim.com tracks and captures heart rate data*. You can view this data on the iOS or Android application on your mobile device.
1. Select a swim from your feed and click on "View swim details" at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select "HR" from the list in the top header menu - it is the last option in the list (far right).
3. The default view is your average HR per interval. Touch an interval to expand it to see average HR for each length. Swipe the screen from right to left to see the average, maximum and minimum heart rate for each interval of your workout. The average, max, and min can also be expanded to show individual lengths.
*Some Garmin wrist-based heart rate devices will not track HR data in a lap swim profile. Only the Fenix 6 series; Forerunner 245/245 Music, 945; Legacy Hero series; Vivoactive 4/4S and Venu watches will allow for wrist-based HR tracking. For all other Garmin swim watches with a lap swim tracking profile, Garmin has disabled the wrist-based optical hardware during lap swims and requires the use of the HRM-Tri or HRM-Swim chest strap to record heart rate data during a swim.
