Don't have a device or forgot to bring it? That's ok, you can still manually input your workout details if you know them.
To do so, go to http://www.swim.com/workout/manualupload
The default entry form is for a basic workout - just duration and distance. If you need to enter more detailed information beyond duration and distance, click on "Advanced" in the upper right corner of the screen to gain the option of enter intervals as well as time to the seconds.
If you want to enter a basic workout without intervals that includes your time down to the second, you'll need to enter the workout in the advanced mode. In this instance you will put your total time and distance into one entire interval and then save the workout.
