Installing Swim.com on Your Samsung Galaxy Watch


  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Samsung Galaxy Watch.
  2. Search for Swim.com and install the app directly onto your watch.
  3. On your smartphone, download and install the Swim.com app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
  4. Ensure your watch is paired with your phone via Wear OS.

Pairing Your Watch with the Swim.com App

  1. Once your watch is connected to your phone, open the Swim.com app on your phone.
  2. The watch should automatically appear in the Device Manager section of the app.
  3. Complete the pairing process by following on-screen instructions.


Logging Into Your Swim.com Account

  1. Open the Swim.com app on your Samsung Galaxy Watch.
  2. Tap on “Sign in on phone”.
  3. On your phone, open the Swim.com app and log into your account.
  4. Your watch will sync automatically with your Swim.com account.


Adjusting Swim Settings Before Swimming

Before starting a swim, customize your settings:


  • Pool Course Length: Set directly on the Swim.com Watch App.
    • Select your pool length (e.g., 25 yards or meters).
    • Choose the unit (yards or meters).
  • Distance Goal (Optional): If enabled, the watch will notify you when you reach your set swimming distance.


Starting a Swim Workout

  1. Open the Swim.com app on your watch.
  2. Select either:
    • Pool Swim
    • Open Water Swim
  3. The session will start automatically when you begin your first stroke.
  4. Water Lock Mode will activate automatically—no need to lock the screen manually.

Using Swim.com Features During Your Workout

You can access features by rotating the watch bezel:

  • Pace Mode: Set a countdown timer to vibrate at specific intervals to maintain your pace.

  • Drill Mode: Use when swimming non-traditional strokes (e.g., kickboard sets). Manually enter distance covered after each drill.

    To adjust timers:

    • Tap on the value.
    • Use the bezel or touch screen to scroll to the desired setting.
    • Press the top side button to start.

Exiting Pace or Drill Mode:

  • Manually disable the water lock by pressing and holding the bottom side button for 2 seconds.
  • The session will return to normal swim tracking.

Accessing Swim Stats During Your Workout

Rotating the bezel also allows you to view:

  • Current Interval Stats
  • Time
  • Distance
  • Strokes per Length
  • Average Stroke Count
  • Pace per 100y/m
  • Heart Rate (if applicable)

Ending Your Swim Workout

  1. Swipe right and select “End”.
  2. Press the top side button to confirm.
  3. You will see a summary of your swim.
  4. Exit the Swim.com app safely.

Viewing Swim History

  • Access previous swims in the Swim History section of the Swim.com app.
  • Swim data is automatically saved and synced.

Syncing Swim Data to Swim.com

  • If your watch is connected to WiFi, data transfers automatically to Swim.com.
  • If using Bluetooth, data syncs via the phone’s Swim.com app before being sent to Swim.com’s servers.
