Forgot Password/Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, there are two ways in which you can request a password reset for your Swim.com account:

1) Move your mouse cursor over the "Login" link (do not click the link) at the top-right corner of Swim.com and then click on the question mark

2) Visit swim.com/login and click on the question mark.

Both ways will lead you to http://swim.com/forgotpassword?email, where you can enter the email address you used to sign up for Swim.com. Once you have entered your email address, click on the “REQUEST” button.

After you have has clicked on the “REQUEST” button, a password reset email will be confirmed.

Next, open your email application. A message from [email protected] should be in your inbox.  If it is not in your inbox, wait a few minutes. If the email still does not appear after 2-3 minutes, check your spam or junk folders.  Once the email is located, open it and follow the directions in the message. Clicking on the appropriate link will take you to a Swim.com page where you can enter a new password. Make sure to click the "RESET" button to complete the password reset.

Once you have successfully reset your password, your browser will be directed to your account home page and the reset password process is complete.
